THE MENU
The menu at the REFUGE exists on many levels to truly offer something for everyone.
It’s anchored by our house-created navel Pastrami, Daily-Ground Hamburgers, and Fresh-Sliced Cheesesteaks. The appetizers bring higher-end offerings such as Seared Foie Gras, Veal Cheeks, and Sea Scallops. These dishes demonstrate the depth of talent that permeates the REFUGE kitchen, and is considered Michelin Star caliber. Hearty salads and seasonal soups round out the items in this ever-changing section that is another restaurant unto itself.
Last, but certainly not least, is Charcuterie and Cheese. Here you’ll find an array of pates, salami, rillettes and cheese that span the globe. Most of the Charcuterie is made on the premises using time-honored techniques.
