It’s anchored by our house-created navel Pastrami, Daily-Ground Hamburgers, and Fresh-Sliced Ribeye Cheesesteaks. The appetizers bring higher-end offerings such as seared sea scallops and house made charcuterie. These dishes demonstrate the depth of talent that permeates the REFUGE kitchen, and is considered Michelin Star caliber. Hearty salads and seasonal soups round out the items in this ever-changing section that is another restaurant unto itself.
